Invited

Details of those to be invited to undertake an assessment are entered on the website.

The system will automatically send them an email containing their unique access code and instructions on how to complete their assessment. When the email is sent their status is marked as "pending".

On starting the assessment their status will change from "pending" to "started"; on completion the status will change to "completed".

Public / Open

The system generates a link or QR code that can be published on your organisation's website or printed on recruitment adverts.

Anyone using the link or QR code will be taken to a web page where they will be asked to enter their first and last names, email address and, optionally, other information.

Once they submit that form they will be sent an email with their unique access code and details of how to complete their assessment.

When the email is sent their details will become visible as a "pending" participant under that recruitment campaign.

On starting the assessment their status will change from "pending" to "started"; on completion the status will change to "completed".
